Guests at a festively laid table in Restaurant Shayan

Our story

At home in the Goltz neighbourhood since 1997

Farzaneh founded Shayan, her Persian-Iranian family restaurant, together with her husband Massoud more than 25 years ago – and turned her hobby, cooking, into her profession. She still runs the family business today, cooks in the kitchen herself and treats her guests to classic Persian dishes as well as her own new interpretations.

What our guests love again and again: Farzaneh's special sauces, salad dressings and spice blends, which you will only find here in Berlin.
